We will normally ship within two days of receiving a confirmed order. If we are temporally out of a particular item we will promptly contact you by email to inform you of the delay in shipping. Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes. A delivery address, other than that shown as the cardholders address, may require further verification by Surf 45. All orders are sent by New Zealand Post using "track and trace" facilities.

• New Zealand deliveries - NZ$5 per package
• International deliveries - NZ$15 per package

International Customs & Import Duties Surf 45 is not responsible for import tax, duties or any other additional expenses that may occur on delivery to addresses outside of New Zealand

Returns

Surf 45 takes pride in our service, quality and excellent value. We will however accept returns for exchange (for a credit, but not for refund) provided the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, are unworn and unwashed, and with all labels and tags attached. This should be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt. The cost of return freight both ways is the customer's responsibility.

The exception is if the product received by the purchaser has been damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault. Before returning items we require you to contact us to discuss the details. After receiving the returned goods, Jenniferann.com will promptly forward a replacement and reimburse all mail costs.
